Aaron Lim oversees the academic direction, curriculum standards and teaching excellence at Future Achievers Hub. He graduated with First Class Honours in Science Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University, where he was named Valedictorian of his NIE cohort, and later earned a Master’s Degree in Research (MRes) in Multidisciplinary Sciences from Imperial College London.
With over a decade of experience in education, Aaron specialises in developing structured learning frameworks, strengthening examination thinking, and guiding high-performing students across Secondary and Junior College levels. Under his mentorship, over 80% of high-potential students he coached over a five-year period secured competitive scholarships, reflecting a strong track record in academic outcomes.
Aaron has played a strategic role in national-level curriculum and syllabus development, serving as Officer-in-Charge for STEM and Interdisciplinary Curriculum aligned to Singapore’s 2026–2035 education roadmap. Through this work, he gained deep familiarity with future-facing MOE syllabus structures, learning progression frameworks and examination standards, expertise that directly informs how Future Achievers Hub prepares students today.

Glenn is a Secondary Chemistry coach known for his energetic, discussion-driven teaching style that actively engages students and builds strong learning confidence. A graduate of Victoria Junior College (VJC) and a current NUS Pharmaceutical Sciences scholar, Glenn combines strong subject mastery with a highly relatable, student-centred teaching approach.

Nigel is a high-achieving Mathematics educator currently pursuing Quantitative Finance under the Department of Mathematics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) under a Global Merit Scholarship. A graduate of Victoria Junior College, he achieved a perfect score at the A-Levels with distinctions across all subjects, including a H3 Math Distinction.
